All "in stock" orders placed before 2:00 pm EST Monday through Friday will ship the same business day. If you request air freight delivery for your order please keep in mind UPS delivers on Monday through Friday. UPS does not ship on Saturday or Sunday unless a Next Day Air/Saturday delivery is requested! If you request a Next Day Air on Friday you will not receive your order until Monday.

Please fill out the "Return Authorization Form" and fax back to (941) 697-0325 or E-mail form to: customerservice@rvpowerpartsplus.com.
Upon receipt of your "Return Authorization Form" RV Power Parts Plus will contact you with a confirmation number for your return. Returns and Exchanges must be made within 30 days from the date of invoice in order to receive proper credit. Merchandise returned or exchanged for credit must be in an un-used condition, in the original packaging with all documentation included. All returns are subject to a 10% re-stocking fee. Upon receipt and evaluation of product returned, please allow 7 to 10 business days for your credit. Exchanges will be shipped upon receipt of returned item.
All electrical products returned will be evaluated and diagnostically tested. RV Power Parts Plus will not honor any product returned that indicates customer's negligence of installation. Defective product will be returned to customer with NO Credit or Replacement issued!
